We’ll use a creative visioning process with a variety of design thinking techniques to see the big picture and design tangible outcomes.

What’s your North Star? Do you need help establishing or revisiting a guiding Vision?
I’ll facilitate a creative Visioning process with key team members, designed to clarify systems and forces that shape the company. I like to begin by finding an Analogy relevant to the business itself — such as buildings or landscapes, communities, objects, workflows, or something else. We’ll use this analogy to untangle how each aspect of the business stands on its own and relates to the whole — allowing patterns to emerge. Tangible patterns can generate the insight and clarity needed to move forward, in ways that conversation alone may not.
Through these levels of inquiry, we’ll create a Vision package for you to move forward:

Outline of areas not in alignment, and potential next steps

This Visioning process is an energetic hands-on process that balances the serious hard questions with playful inquiry. Our working method will involve a variety of analog and digital tools.

As an artist / designer / architect myself, I’m sensitive to the philosophical questions that are emerging around creative authorship, ownership, and intellectual property — and I can guide you in learning more and developing your own point of view. My coaching approach encourages you to explore and integrate AI tools authentically.

I’ll meet with you for a show & tell, an overview of AI in design and artistic contexts.
A show & tell is a great starting point for firms and individuals who are curious about the potential of Midjourney and other tools. I’ll show examples of how AI tools have successfully contributed to various stages of the design process in my professional and personal work. We’ll talk about opportunities for inspiration and innovation in design fields, along with a few practical considerations from my experience.
(1-2 hrs, presentation with Q&A)

I’ll introduce you to a range of AI tools, including visual, text-based, and others.
A “bootcamp” is best for individuals or groups who would like to develop a hands-on understanding of how AI works and how it can be used in their work. This program is designed as a fun 8-week introduction to select AI tools that are immediately relevant to the Firm’s work. Weekly sessions include demonstrations, hands-on practice, homework, and a mini-project.
In the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and decide together which tools might be best to include. We can also adjust the duration of the program as needed.
(Active subscriptions are required for Midjourney since there are no free tiers or trials. Many other AI apps do offer a limited free version.)

I’ll show you how to use Midjourney, from technical steps to workflow integration. For individuals and small groups.
Basic Level Training: An introduction to the interface, creating images, and basic iteration and editing. This includes demonstrations, hands-on practice, and conversation about how midjourney can integrate into your design workflow.
Advanced Training: deeper dives into advanced features and workflows of Midjourney, and discussion of specific goals or challenges in your firm.
