No map at all? That’s okay. If you’re feeling totally lost, making a map will provide context & perspective. We’ll illustrate your journey up to this point and identify future trajectories. The main elements of this map will include the paths and landmarks of your personal world that are meaningful to you right now.

The map will be a handmade artifact that you create, for you to keep and reference as you wish. We can also continue working together in future sessions to add more layers and details.

This session is focused on what I call gentle productivity. I’ll support you in understanding and befriending your unique internal system of attention, motivation, energy, sensory limits, and other forces that seem to push and pull.

We’ll also carefully untangle your relationship with time / productivity / commitments. As you learn to trust your inner wisdom, I’ll introduce practical techniques for focusing, making decisions, establishing routines, etc.

I take the gentle part of this work very seriously — based on personal experience. I’m happy to go at your pace.

This session embraces this ‘place’ that you’re in as a fertile ground for growth. It’s dedicated to allowing possibilities to exist. I’ll guide you through a visioning process to explore whatever is alive in you right now. We won’t forget about the map, but we might soften our gaze.

We’ll use a variety of creative brainstorming techniques to identify & document sparks, themes, values, and goals — the tangible stuff that can be used to integrate this dreamcatching exercise in a productive way.

We’ll explore a variety of AI tools together, and focus on ‘listening’ to your internal reactions to the generated content & the process itself. Exposure and self-inquiry will help refine your POV on creative authorship, authenticity, ethics, & intellectual property.
