I help companies & teams move through uncertainty, misalignment, and change by designing a cohesive ecosystem — the vision, values, structures, processes, and strategies that allow forward momentum. With over two decades experience in design, architecture, technology, and leadership, I know how important it is to operate on both conceptual & pragmatic levels. We’ll use a creative visioning process with a variety of design thinking techniques to clarify the big picture and design tangible outcomes.
