Creativity is a powerful resource for reflection and growth that is available to everyone. Wherever you are on your life journey, I can meet you there with support and guidance. I offer a unique approach infused with a blend of Hakomi principles, analogy, creative expression, & practical tools.

The amazing technology of Midjourney (AI image generation) is a powerful & quick way for designers, architects, and artists to brainstorm & iterate ideas — visually. I think of it as a storytelling process, as it allows yours ideas to unfold and be expressed.

I express my inner world primarily through diagrams (drawings & sculptures), as well as narratives and Midjourney images. My process blends analog & digital techniques and is informed by my experience in art, architecture, design technology, leadership, graphic design, and teaching.
